Two Days of Protein
This is enough protein for 6 meals for one person (2 days of breakfast, lunch, and supper), or 3 meals for two people including one package of Beef Patties, one package of Diced Chicken, and one Package of Whole Egg Powder…each containing enough protein to provide the USDA daily recommended allowance for 2 servings.
Each Ground Beef package contains 2 raw, freeze died all beef patties. Once they’re rehydrated, they are a quarter pound each and just like you pulled them out of the refrigerator. They are raw and unseasoned so you can use them however you like. Cook them as hamburgers or us them in your favorite family recipe for meatballs, spaghetti, lasagna, tacos, casseroles, or anything requiring raw hamburger.
Each Chicken package contains 2 servings of cooked, diced, freeze died chicken chunks. Once they’re rehydrated, each serving is 4 ounces of tender and juicy chicken. They are cooked and unseasoned so you can use them however you like. Cook them in your favorite family recipes for soups, chili, stir fry, tacos, casseroles, or anything requiring chicken chunks.
Each Egg package contains 2 servings of raw, powdered, freeze died whole eggs. Once they’re rehydrated, each serving equals 2 normal large eggs. They are raw and unseasoned so you can use them however you like. Cook them in your favorite family recipes for scrambled eggs and omelets. Or bake with them in your favorite cakes, breads, cookies, muffins and treats. You can use them for anything requiring raw eggs.

Experts recommend you keep:
- At LEAST 3 days of food for each person in your household, minimum
- 1 Week of food for each person is better
- 1 month of food for each person is a good goal

- 2 Day Kit - Almost 1 month of protein for 1 person
- 1 Week Kit - Roughly 3 months of protein for 1 person
- 1 Month Kit – 1 Full Year of protein for one person, or 6 months for two people, or 4 months for a family of three, or 3 months for a family of four!
